Naoko Kondo Design, LLC  is a New York based interior design firm committed to creating unique, refined, and timeless designs for its clients.  Established in 2008, the firm has a distinguished resume of groundbreaking projects of varied sizes and in diverse locations:  New York City, the Hamptons, Connecticut, Texas, Florida and West Virginia.

Prior to founding the firm, Naoko Kondo worked for 12 years as a senior designer, project manager, and head designer at the office of world-renowned interior designer, John F. Saladino.  While there, her many projects included Villa Saladino in Montecito and a 5-story town house in Brompton Square, London.  Naoko also has 10 years of experience as a senior designer for Laura Bohn Design and Juan Montoya Design.  She is a graduate of Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, and Sohpia University in Tokyo.
